Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website located at https://lora.pro and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by the lora.pro team (the “Operator”).
By accessing the Service the user confirms acceptance of these Terms and undertakes to comply with applicable law. If the user disagrees with any provision, use of the Service is prohibited. The Service is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age.
The Operator may amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Changes take effect upon publication at lora.pro/terms.
General provisions
Use of the Service implies use of cookies and Local Storage in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
Tokens purchased by the user remain valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, unused tokens are forfeited and are not subject to refund.
The Operator does not use uploaded images to train its own neural-network models and does not share them with third parties other than infrastructure providers (FAL, AWS and similar) engaged in automated processing.
Data retention
- source images uploaded for processing — up to thirty days;
- generation results not marked as public — up to six months;
- published results and the related prompts — indefinitely until removed by the user or the Operator;
- system logs and payment records — for periods established by applicable law.
Upon deletion of the account or a particular generation the related files and metadata are permanently deleted. Images published in the gallery are released under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) licence and may be used by third parties without restriction.
Payments and refunds
Tokens are paid for through YooKassa and other connected providers. Token and bundle prices are displayed on the payment page at the moment of the transaction.
Refunds are issued in the cases expressly provided by applicable law. For substantiated quality complaints the Operator may refund the amount of the most recent payment up to the value of unspent tokens remaining on the account. Requests are sent to support@lora.pro.
Use of generative features
By using the image generation features the user agrees to the terms of the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M licence with respect to the underlying models.
The Operator does not claim exclusive rights in generated results. Results published in the gallery are distributed under the CC0 licence.
The Service may not be used, among other things:
- in violation of applicable law;
- to exploit, harm or attempt to harm minors;
- to create or disseminate verifiably false information with the purpose of causing harm;
- to promote military aggression against independent states;
- to generate or disseminate personal data that may harm the data subject;
- to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- for fully automated decision-making affecting individuals’ legal rights;
- for discrimination on any ground protected by applicable law;
- to provide medical advice or interpret medical results;
- in law-enforcement, migration or judicial procedures as evidence without independent verification.
Limitations of use
The user undertakes not to:
- modify, copy, prepare derivative works, decompile or reverse-engineer Service materials and software;
- remove copyright or other proprietary notices;
- transfer Service materials to third parties or mirror them on other servers;
- perform actions disrupting the normal operation of the Service and the Operator’s infrastructure;
- distribute through the Service offensive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful materials;
- send unsolicited advertising or spam;
- collect and process user data without the consent of the data subjects.
Intellectual property
Exclusive rights in the Service’s contents, except for user content and generation results, belong to the Operator or have been lawfully assigned to it. The user is granted the right to use such materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User-generated content
The user retains exclusive rights in the content uploaded by them. By posting content to the Service the user grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide licence to use, modify, copy, process and create derivative works to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service. The licence terminates upon deletion by the user of the relevant content or of the account.
Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law the Operator makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for any consequential loss, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data.
Amendment and termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate the user’s access to the Service in the event of breach of these Terms. The invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the validity of these Terms as a whole.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to the courts at the place of registration of the Operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory rules of applicable law.
