Introduction & overview
lora.pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), lora.pro promptly addresses substantiated claims of copyright infringement submitted to its designated copyright agent in connection with the lora.pro website, its subdomains and any associated services.
Submitting a takedown notice
A copyright holder or an authorised representative who believes that any content available on lora.pro infringes their copyrights may submit a DMCA notification containing the following information:
- a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights that are allegedly being infringed;
- a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- a description of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to allow lora.pro to locate it;
- information reasonably sufficient to permit lora.pro to contact the complainant — address, telephone number and, if available, an email address;
- a statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-notice
If a user believes that their content has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the user may submit a counter-notice containing:
- the user’s physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal or disabling;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- the user’s name, address, telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of the service’s registration and consent to accept service of process from the original complainant or its representative.
Repeat infringers
lora.pro reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users deemed to be repeat infringers. lora.pro also reserves the right to terminate accounts even in instances of a single infringement.
